Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the projects in the implementation of Health Matrix, ensuring adherence to resources, timeframes, budgets, and deliverables. This position also ensures each project complies with Health Matrix implementation procedures and fulfills contractual requirements. The Project Manager provides leadership in project planning, governance, and management. They ensure all projects follow best practices and standard approaches, manage changes, and promote continuous improvement of project management processes. The Project Manager contributes to the successful and timely deployment of products and customer solutions by providing application knowledge and product expertise in implementation, requirements scoping, design documentation, and change request testing. Acts as an expert resource for customers and communicates customer requirements effectively. Responsibilities

Manage project team members, encouraging positive action and accountability. Oversee project processes, including defining and monitoring the project management and implementation plan. Align project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and manage the project plan, quality plan, communication plan, and resource plan. Represent the implementation team during pre-sales activities. Manage and escalate risks and issues as they arise. Oversee the project budget. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. 6+ years of experience in IT software project management. Excellent knowledge of PMI standards and practices. Strong team management skills. PMP certification preferred. Knowledge of project accounting is a plus. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additional Information
