Must-Have : 8+ years of experience developing enterprise wide policies & procedures Strong background in compliance, risk governance, and operational excellence Expertise in automation tools and systems integration for policy lifecycle management.

Ability to deliver structured KPI frameworks aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory expectations Familiarity with SAMA regulations or other financial regulatory bodies Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Systems / IT, or in a related field Relevant certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), CRISC, CCEP, or PMP is highly preferred About Us : Arthur Lawrence is a management and technology consulting firm providing enterprise-wide business transformation and business applications implementation services.
