Job Summary
The Account Manager – IT Solutions is responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the IT solutions sector. The Account Manager will work closely with clients in Saudi Arabia to provide tailored IT solutions, ensuring long-term business growth. Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions, including networking, cybersecurity, and data solutions. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into successful sales. Achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including IT managers, CIOs, and business leaders. Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Understand client business needs and propose tailored IT solutions to address their challenges. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations for clients. Ensure smooth project delivery in collaboration with technical and project teams. Technical & Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design and present IT solutions. Educate clients on new technology trends and recommend upgrades or enhancements. Contract Negotiation & Reporting : Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills : Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development. Experience selling IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity computing, or data solutions. Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of the local IT market is a plus. Technical & Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and Data solutions. Familiarity with leading IT vendors (e.g., Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS). Ability to understand technical requirements and work closely with pre-sales teams. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in selling IT solutions in the Saudi Arabian market. Existing network of contacts within enterprises, government, or SMBs in KSA. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and bidding processes. Why Join Us?
