Job descriptionAt least a Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in managing IT operations within the financial services industry. Experience in dealing with SAMA regulations. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, networks, and cybersecurity practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Based in / willing to relocate to Riyadh A Saudi national (preferred)
Overview
The IT Manager will oversee technology infrastructure / operations and software development teams. This role requires a proactive approach to managing IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and strong knowledge of IT within the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Managing the organisation's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Developing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
- Overseeing the installation and maintenance of technology systems and tools.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs.
- Monitoring IT system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Leading initiatives to automate business processes.
- Managing vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.
- Ensuring that IT is compliant with SAMA regulatory requirements.
- Leading the IT team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
