Key Responsibilities :

Client Managment

  • Build & Nurture Relationships : Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors) through strategic engagement
  • Proactive Issue Resolution : Act as the first line of defense for client concerns, ensuring swift solutions
  • Strategic Business Reviews : Conduct quarterly performance assessments to drive continuous ROI

Sales Growth

  • Target Execution : Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through consultative selling
  • Unlock Potential : Identify hidden upsell / cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
  • New Business Hunting : Expand market footprint through strategic outreach
  • Technical Coordination

  • Tech Translator : Explain IT fundamentals (CPUs / GPUs, NVMe / SATA SSDs) in business terms
  • Infrastructure Expertise : Articulate value of servers, storage, and networking solutions
  • Seamless Collaboration : Bridge communication between clients and technical teams
  • Project Management

  • End-to-End Oversight : Manage project lifecycles from proposal to deployment
  • Customer-Centric Handover : Ensure 100% satisfaction at project closure
  • Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

    Experience

  • 6-8 years in sales / account management
  • IT / technology sales experience preferred
