You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to analyze project performance data, provide insights, and implement corrective actions to mitigate any identified risks. Oversee all aspects of project controls for major infrastructure projects, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure objectives are met within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze performance data, provide insights, and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance the capability of the project controls team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 15 years of experience in project controls and scheduling, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure projects. Expertise with project management software including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Thorough understanding of project controls principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience in cost control and risk management is highly desirable.
