Overview
The Project Control Engineer plays a key role in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This position supports project teams by tracking progress, analyzing risks, and providing actionable insights in line with client requirements and company objectives. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6. Monitor project progress and track deviations from the baseline schedule. Prepare and manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and window analysis. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Identify schedule risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and submit progress reports highlighting milestones, critical paths, and variances. Maintain and update project documentation, including changes and variations. Support resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations. Track schedule impacts on cost and resources to support project cost control. Participate in project meetings to provide updates and planning insights. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSc / B.Tech) is required. Professional certifications (PMP, RMP, CCP) are preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (particularly for SEC projects). Proficient in MS Project and MS Office. Experience with SEC Unifier / EPPM is an advantage. Fluency in English is required.
