Demi Chef - Sushi

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Demi Chef specializing in sushi to join our culinary team. In this role, you will assist the senior sushi chef in preparing and setting up sushi dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Your contribution will be essential in supporting the smooth operation of the sushi station and maintaining our restaurants reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sushi ingredients and components according to standard recipes.
• Support the senior sushi chef in plating and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.
• Ensure all sushi items are prepared in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Learn and develop advanced sushi preparation skills.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
