Delivery Program Manager - Security Services

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Program Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within the Security Services domain . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program / project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects related to Security Services .
• Define and manage comprehensive project plans , including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues , ensuring proactive resolution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and stakeholders .
• Ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional user experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior management.
• Drive and facilitate project governance meetings (working groups, steering committees, etc.).
• Collaborate with and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure full adherence to the IT PMO process and delivery methodologies.
• Capture and document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Participate in pre-initiation phases (RFQ, RFI, RFP, POC) as required.
