RBS Retail Efficiency team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to drive defect elimination for WW Retail under the Retail Efficiency program. In this role, you will partner with upstream tech and retail teams to automate and improve processes. You will work closely with the senior leadership team in Retail WW to drive upstream defect elimination and deliver on business KPIs.
Key success factors for this role will be performance on business goals, vendor and customer experience, and cost of operations.
Candidate Profile
Candidate will have 8+ years of experience in vendor management and retail operations. Additionally, you will have program‑management skills, the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, and the drive to execute projects. You will deliver technology‑based, highly scalable solutions while maintaining a strong customer and business‑partner focus.
Demonstrated record of leading projects at both strategic and tactical levels, diving deeply into business and technical domains. You will be metrics‑driven, with a vision to scale the business, responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth, delivery, and productivity of the program. You will set targets on business metrics, operational metrics, and automation, engaging WW Retail teams to build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes and sound reporting metrics.

The Retail Business Systems (RBS) group is an integral part of Amazon’s online product lifecycle and buying operations. RBS’ vision is to accelerate Amazon’s flywheel by fixing catalog defects and scaling critical store operations functions through standardization, automation and defect elimination across its selection, defect elimination, product, tech and paid‑selling partner support operations pillars (PSPS / AVS). The tasks handled by this group directly impact retail cost to serve, customer buying decisions and vendor experience. This role is within the Retail Efficiency program that supports both AVS and non‑AVS Tier 1 vendors by providing business operations services.
