Coach portfolio leads and PMs, provide program updates to senior leadership, and drive centralized risk escalation and performance review processes.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of transformation programs from initiation until implementation or go‑live; coordinate cross‑departmental dependencies to ensure integrated execution.
Oversee multiple transformation programs, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, timelines, budgets and benefits targets.
Provide timely status updates, escalation points and decision requests to the Transformation Head and Strategy Execution Head for high‑priority programs. Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for steering committees.
Run regular delivery performance reviews using centralized frameworks; assess schedule, budget, scope, benefits realization and quality; identify corrective actions.
Maintain a centralized risk and issue register; escalate critical risks to leadership per governance thresholds and drive remediation plans.
