As GROW Attendant, I fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses Amaala to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, plus our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel / resort.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, conduct and create kids’ activities.
• Provide an educational yet fun environment for the children.
• Setup Kids Club room and equipment prior to the children\'s arrival, including any audio visual, arts and crafts supplies, books, etc.
• Ensure there are cold / hot towels available when needed.
• Prepare and display snacks and beverages.
• Make, reconfirm and verify guest bookings.
• Control and direct all children throughout the day.
• Ensure to address each child by name.
• Request and collect stock and supply in accordance with minimum stock levels.
• Ensure the cleanliness and a high standard of hygiene and sanitation of the Kids Club’s area.
• Present the available activities to each family on arrival.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
• Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.
• Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Upsell all property facilities and activities.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
• Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor / management.

Qualifications

To execute the position of GROW Attendant. I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results.
