Overview

Job Overview : The Staff Cafeteria Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the staff cafeteria within an organization, including managing cafeteria staff, ensuring high-quality food service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and fostering a positive dining experience for employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees on the floor; coach and develop them to maintain standards.
• Understand daily operations and anticipate upcoming events.
• Review staff feedback with the Staff Cafeteria Chef and address concerns timely and professionally.
• Oversee food preparation to ensure compliance with recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Monitor food storage, handling, and preparation to uphold safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain standards for condiments, table settings, ambiance, and overall function and flow of the dining room.
