As the Learning and Development Manager , you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s talent development strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing L&D programs, driving organizational development initiatives, and overseeing the performance management framework to align with business goals and enhance employee performance and engagement.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves :

• Designing and implementing learning strategies and programs that address current and future business needs.
• Developing organizational development initiatives, including culture-building, leadership development, and change management programs.
• Leading the development and continuous improvement of the Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization.
• Identifying skill gaps and working cross-functionally to implement targeted training solutions.
• Collaborating with department heads to ensure training and development programs are aligned with company strategy and operational goals.
• Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Managing the L&D budget, vendor selection, and external training partnerships.
• Establishing internal career development frameworks and succession planning strategies.
• Supporting employee engagement, motivation, and retention through tailored development pathways.
• Driving a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
