Director - Destination Activation

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Director - Destination Activation to spearhead the development and execution of engaging visitor experiences across our innovative entertainment and cultural destination. This role is essential in bringing Qiddiya’s offerings to life, ensuring that we attract diverse audiences and foster memorable visits.

As the Senior Director of Destination Activation, you will oversee all activation initiatives, including events, programs, and partnerships that enhance guest experiences and promote Qiddiya as a leading destination. You will work collaboratively with various teams to create immersive experiences that resonate with our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activation strategy that aligns with Qiddiya’s vision and enhances the overall guest experience.
• Lead the planning and execution of signature events, festivals, and seasonal activations that showcase the diverse offerings and culture of Qiddiya.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement strategies.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, artists, and cultural organizations to enrich the activation portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze visitor engagement and feedback to continually innovate and improve activation programs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources related to destination activation projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the activation team, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
• Regularly report on activation outcomes and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
