Job Description

Develop and manage program strategies, objectives, and roadmaps in alignment with business goals. Oversee multiple interdependent projects, ensuring successful execution, delivery, and impact. Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines, ensuring timely completion. Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing mitigation plans. Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive program success. Manage and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success. Ensure best practices, methodologies, and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) are followed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or any other related field. Minimum 10 + years of experience as Project / Program Management withing the banking and fintech sector. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello. PMP, PgMP , or Agile certifi cation is a plus.
