Program Manager – SDG Delivery Portfolio ( Saudi Nationals Only)

Overview As part of our expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

SDG Arabia PMO

is seeking a

Saudi National Program Manager

to lead and oversee our

delivery portfolio in Business Strategy and Data Analytics .

This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to

Responsibilities

Oversee the

end-to-end delivery

of SDG’s programs in KSA with a focus on

Business Strategy and Data Analytics .

Manage multiple high-impact projects, ensuring execution is

on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Build strong partnerships with Saudi clients and government entities, ensuring programs deliver measurable strategic outcomes.

Govern portfolio performance, budgets, timelines, and risks with full accountability.

Lead and mentor project managers and delivery teams, ensuring scalable growth in the Kingdom.

Support the development of local PMO governance standards aligned with global best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Saudi National with a

proven track record as a Program Manager

(8+ years preferred).

Strong experience managing portfolios in

Business Strategy and Data Analytics .

Skilled in program governance, stakeholder management, and C-level engagement.

PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.

Experience in consulting or enterprise program delivery in the Kingdom is a strong advantage.
