Position Purpose The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is to drive the growth of the company by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities. The BDR acts as the first point of contact between potential clients and the sales team, playing a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline. This position is responsible for researching target markets, initiating contact with prospects through various outreach methods, and nurturing leads until they are ready to engage with the sales team. The BDR supports the overall sales strategy by contributing to revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition efforts. Major / Key Accountabilities Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM, industry databases). Initiate outbound contact via visits, emails, and social media to generate interest. Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to support the sales team’s targets. Track and update lead status and interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce). Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Work closely with Business Development team to hand off qualified leads and support deal progression. Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and market trends. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Share insights with internal teams to refine messaging and strategy. Meet or exceed weekly / monthly KPIs related to outreach, lead generation, and conversions. Prepare regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to maintain engagement over time. Ensure a positive and professional first impression of the company. Experience 3- 5 years general work experience Skills and Knowledge General Microsoft office and computer literacy Systematic, accurate SAP / BW knowledge would be advantageous Energetic, and excellent Negotiation Skills Self Motivated and able to work independently Languages : Essential : English and Arabic Seniority level
