About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Strategy & Management Consulting team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of our consulting portfolio across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
This role combines business development, project management, and office engagement — with approximately 60–70% of the time dedicated to sales and client development, 20–30% to project management support (PMO), and 10–20% to office and team animation activities.
This role requires a blend of commercial acumen, consulting awareness, and strong relationship management skills to identify opportunities, position our services, and support end-to-end business development activities.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (60–70%)
Lead the firm’s business development efforts in Saudi Arabia
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior executives, decision‑makers, and key stakeholders.
Support the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and capability statements tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with consulting teams to shape project proposals, define scopes of work, and align client expectations.
Track opportunities through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
Represent the company in business meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
Track and report business opportunities using CRM or pipeline tools.
Project Management Office (20–30%)
Support the Partner in planning, coordinating, and monitoring selected consulting projects.
Assist in the preparation of project dashboards, progress reports, and client updates.
Coordinate between consulting teams, clients, and management to ensure smooth execution.
Office & Team Animation (10–20%)
Contribute to internal engagement and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
Organize and support team events, internal workshops, and awareness sessions.
Help promote a collaborative and positive office culture.
Qualifications
Excellent academic records with a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, IT services, or related fields, with sales experience.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with proven sales achievements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing consulting proposals, tenders, and client accounts.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
