Responsibilities
- Leading and managing multiple related projects within a program to ensure strategic alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining program plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Facilitating collaboration across project teams to ensure that interdependencies and project integration are effectively managed.
- Establishing program governance structures and processes to monitor progress, manage risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicating program status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders, executives, and team members.
- Identifying and managing program risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project managers to ensure project alignment with program objectives.
- Tracking program performance metrics to assess progress and inform decision-making.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the program team.
- Supporting resource allocation and budget management across projects within the program.
- Ensuring that all projects adhere to established quality standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs.Strong understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate program challenges and drive improvements.Experience managing budgets and resources across various projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
