As a Maintenance Supervisor / Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring all equipment, facilities, and technical operations run efficiently and reliably. Your work will directly impact product quality, customer experience, and operational continuity across outlets, the central kitchen, and the roastery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all maintenance operations across café outlets, roastery, and central kitchen, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for coffee machines, grinders, kitchen equipment, HVAC, and other essential systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment installation, repairs, and procurement.
• Support new store openings by managing equipment setup and site readiness.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train operational staff on basic equipment handling and first-line maintenance.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and compliance documentation.
