Monitor all maintenance activities and stay updated on repair processes in progress. 3. Oversee all shops and facilities within the Maintenance Squadron, addressing manning and equipment concerns. 4. Monitor supply orders and issues, assisting shops and facilities in resolving supply problems. 5. Forecast manpower requirements for the Maintenance Squadron. Requirements

1. Ten (10) or more years in a management position, including at least five (5) years working with F-15 aircraft in a supervisory role within a Maintenance Operations, Quality Control, Intermediate Maintenance, or Organizational Flight in an RSAF Maintenance Squadron. 2. Experience or familiarity with all shops and facilities in both the Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance areas of the Maintenance Squadron. 3. Extensive working knowledge of RSAF regulations, publications, and technical manuals. 4. Extensive working knowledge of the RSAF Supply System.
