Program Director

Job Summary :

Master Works is seeking an experienced Program Director to oversee a wide range of programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program, supervising managers and reporting on progress and performance.

A successful Program Director must possess a broad knowledge of program management principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and develop their team.

The goal is to ensure that every program is delivered successfully and adds maximum value to the organization.

Responsibilities :

• Initiate and set goals for programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Plan programs from inception to completion, including deadlines, milestones, and processes.
• Develop or approve budgets and operational plans.
• Design evaluation strategies to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise all program and project managers, providing feedback and resolving complex issues.
• Identify ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and personnel.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management principles as needed.
• Review reports prepared by managers to assess progress and address issues.
• Ensure program operations comply with legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Keep senior management informed through detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
