Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project control systems, including scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Monitor program & project progress and performance, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and forecasts to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with project managers, planners, finance teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Responsible for reporting, updating, and logging risks and opportunities as well as following up on mitigation measures.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditures and forecasting future costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies related to project controls.
• Support contract administration by reviewing change orders, claims, and progress payments.
