WOLFFKRAN for Equipment is looking for a talented Project Cost Controller to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of one of the giga projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Project Expenditures against the Approved Budget and identifies and reports variances.
• Checks that time is properly accounted for in projects.
• Produces the Percentage of Completion Sheets for all projects and discusses with the Project Managers, then reports them to Accounting on a monthly basis.
• Analyzes cost variances and provides insights for corrective actions.
• Prepares with the Delivery Director, Finance Director, Supply Chain Manager, Commercial Manager reports and monthly forecasts (Income, Cost, and Cash Flow).
• Participates in Project Reviews and provides financial updates to project stakeholders.
• Records the minutes of the cost control and PMO meetings.
• Ensures adherence to Cost Control Procedures for all projects.
• Reports to the Managing Director and Finance Director on how Project Managers and the Operations Department have achieved its KPIs.
• Monitors the suppliers’ costs in relation to the P.O. issued and received invoices.
• Assists in monthly and quarterly closings and production of reports.

Authorities

Approves project purchases, expenses and amendments within the Business Plan and flags significant cost deviations requiring management intervention to be sent for final approval by the Company Board and MD.
