Senior Business Development Executive

Hams is expanding rapidly across multiple industries in the region, and this phase of growth requires strong enterprise commercial talent to accelerate our market presence. We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive (4–5 years experience) who has experience in selling B2B digital products or platforms, and who can convert real enterprise demand into revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow enterprise pipeline in priority sectors;
• Build and prioritize a focused enterprise pipeline (ABM, targeted outbound, qualified inbound).
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing;
• Position automation value with business & technical stakeholders;
• Work closely with product & delivery to shape winning proposals;
• Track sales KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
