UpMarket Account Executive What you can expect Zoom seeks an Enterprise Account Executive in Saudi Arabia. The position involves customized video conferencing solutions for clients. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

Have experience in selling SaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, platforms, and collaboration.

Have a proven track record of prospecting, managing accounts, handling complex sales situations, and projects.

Be able to exhibit essential sales management skills such as business forecasting, pipeline development, and management.

Have skills in client satisfaction, success, and teamwork.

Be skilled in verbal communication and presents professionally - detail-oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated.

Be fluent in English and Arabic

عن الفريق فريق المبيعات في Zoom هو قوة ديناميكية تدفع نجاح الشركة. يركز الفريق على تقديم حلول اتصالات متطورة للعملاء في جميع القطاعات، ويعمل بشغف على التواصل مع العملاء حول العالم. من خلال الشراكات الاستراتيجية ونهج يركز على العميل، يلعب الفريق دورًا محوريًا في توسيع حضور Zoom العالمي وضمان استفادة الشركات من الإمكانات الكاملة للتعاون الافتراضي.

المسؤوليات

تجاوز الأهداف البيعية على مستوى المؤسسات من خلال استراتيجيات فعالة وتنفيذ ناجح باستخدام أساليب مثبتة.

تقديم العروض، ترتيب الاجتماعات، والتواصل مع الإدارة العليا.

استخدام تقنيات البيع القائم على الحلول وتقديم القيمة لتحقيق إغلاق ناجح للصفقات.

بناء العلاقات، استخدام تقنيات البيع الاستراتيجية، وإعطاء الأولوية لرضا العملاء لإدارة الحسابات بفعالية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

خبرة في بيع حلول SaaS، CCaaS، UCaaS، والمنصات وأدوات التعاون.

سجل ثابت في التنقيب عن العملاء، إدارة الحسابات، التعامل مع مواقف البيع المعقدة والمشروعات.

القدرة على عرض مهارات إدارة المبيعات الأساسية مثل التنبؤ بالأعمال، تطوير وإدارة خط المبيعات.

مهارات في رضا العملاء، النجاح، والعمل الجماعي.

مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي، والقدرة على تقديم العروض بشكل احترافي – دقيق، منظم، أخلاقي، مسؤول، ومتحفز ذاتيًا.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
