Partner Sales Engineer (Building Automations) – Great Opportunity for Saudi Nationals. Siemens Smart Infrastructure is building a Digital Portfolio that combines Digital Power Distribution and Digital Building Infrastructure technologies to enable occupant-centric, energy-efficient buildings. Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented

Assess market (verticals, end-users, contractors, and system integrators) and define partner-strategy to increase market share for Siemens BMS and KNX portfolio. Acquire / develop Solution Partners for the BMS and KNX portfolio in line with the strategy. Increase share of wallet by promoting the entire Buildings-offering. Ensure efficient sales support for all partners and customers with BMS & Lighting Control product portfolio demand. Plan and ensure sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities in the assigned territory. Analyze market conditions and build a sound market-related network of stakeholders. Prepare customer contact, build and maintain a customer-focused network. Prioritize customers based on potential and opportunities and allocate effort (# visits). Identify opportunities and prospects in Salesforce CRM System and develop new customers and partners to gain additive revenues. Coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Back Office and other involved professionals and management. Utilize Back Office & Support functions for efficient serving of customers. May act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support. Provide information for forecasts and planning via CRM systems (e.g., opportunity funnels). Establish and support value selling through partners and orchestrate the sales approach toward partners together with technical sales. Conduct sales training and provide support for product selection and value engineering. Develop relationships with consultants, end users and contractors to increase reach of existing partners. Generate leads by meeting contractors and coordinating with partners for timely submission of offers, responses, submittals, etc., to enable winning orders. Work with consultants to make presentations and obtain submittal approvals. Provide support to partners with a focus on customer value add, customer potential and customer satisfaction (outlets management, marketing activities, campaign management, etc.). Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid

Expected degree qualification and / or major : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent). Proficiency in design and selection of HVAC-controls, field devices, integration components, etc. Strong English language skills; Arabic is a plus. Relevant years of experience : 5+ years of experience in BMS industry for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales role. Experience with Siemens Comfort portfolio (Building Management System and lighting control) and / or other leading BMS products is preferred. HVAC / BMS basic knowledge in application & BMS systems. Knowledge and expertise : Understanding of promoting premium products with value-selling against low-price competition. Experience working with contractors and consultants for approvals and specifications. Ability to motivate partners to push / sell Siemens products to achieve targets. Experience working with consultants and end-users for approvals and specifications. Personal skills : Customer knowledge; sales and customer development; strong communication and presentation skills. Identifying and developing customer value; account business planning; being communicative, passionate, self-driven, reliable, and fast learner. Language skills : Strong English language skills.
