Job Summary :
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop effective strategies to increase sales and achieve set targets in the construction, finishing materials, cement-based paints, adhesives, grouts, and interior / exterior decoration sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of market demands within the construction industry and the ability to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs. The Sales Manager must have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions. The role also requires the ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the construction sector to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze market data and submit regular reports to senior management to evaluate performance.
- Build strong relationships with key clients in the construction sector and ensure continuous engagement.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their skills and efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to attract new clients.
- Manage the allocated sales budget and maximize its effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and technical support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies to attract clients in the construction sector.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction and building materials sector.Experience in the Saudi market.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team to meet goals.Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with direct clients and government projects.Good knowledge of modern sales tools and techniques in the construction field.Ability to work under pressure and meet specified goals.Creativity in developing new client acquisition strategies.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Passion for continuous learning and self-development.Adaptability to fast-changing market conditions.Skills
