Role Overview The SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts.
Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Manage and mentor the Business Development & Sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Complete any task assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
