Role Overview

The SENIOR SALES SPECIALIST will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts.
• Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Manage and mentor the Business Development & Sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Complete any task assigned by the direct manager.
