الوصف الوظيفيSupport the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Help organize and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees. Assist with addressing employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures. Support HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Generate reports concerning HR metrics and activities. Duration : The trainee program is for a fixed term of 6 months . The position will offer exposure to various HR functions, with a focus on foundational skills and knowledge development. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Less than 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. Internship experience in HR or related areas will be considered a plus.
As an HR Specialist Trainee at ODEL, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career in Human Resources by learning and assisting with various HR functions. This role is tailored for recent graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR activities.
