الوصف الوظيفيAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Support performance management cycles, including appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans. Assist in learning and development initiatives to support employee growth. Help implement succession planning and career development initiatives. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and support staffing strategies. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve retention, engagement, and productivity. Conduct skill gap analyses to support development plans. Support initiatives that reinforce company values and promote a positive workplace culture. Assist in recognition and rewards programs to motivate employees. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Lucidya is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup, focused on delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment and can support our people initiatives across the organization.
Role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team . The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce planning, while partnering with leadership to foster a high-performance culture aligned with Lucidya’s values and business goals.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day HR queries.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Support HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
