JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specializing in Architecture to join our dynamic team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, JASARA is committed to delivering exceptional architectural projects and elevating program management in Saudi Arabia.

As a Project Manager - Architecture, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with architectural teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting quality standards, budget requirements, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage architectural projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architectural design teams to develop project briefs, designs, and construction documents.
• Oversee the project budget, timeline, and quality control.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Review and analyze architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
