Manager - Infrastructure Architecture

to join our team. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and managing our IT infrastructure architecture. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our infrastructure aligns with strategic business goals and supports innovative projects aimed at creating exceptional entertainment experiences. Key Responsibilities : Ensure that the organization's digital and guest-facing applications adhere to established policies, standards, and best practices while supporting the overall Enterprise Architecture governance framework. Enforce adherence to EA standards and guidelines throughout the design, implementation, and operation phases of projects. Review solution designs in collaboration with solution architects to ensure alignment with EA standards, guidelines, and non-functional requirements. Provide technical and architectural oversight during application and digital solution implementations. Evaluate new solutions to ensure compliance with EA standards and guidelines. Create and maintain detailed documentation of application and digital architecture, including diagrams and configurations. Participate in change management processes to evaluate proposed changes, assess impacts, and ensure controlled implementation. Support the building and maintenance of a comprehensive inventory of application and digital assets. Promote awareness of enterprise architecture governance principles among infrastructure, cloud, security teams, and stakeholders. Encourage the establishment of internal processes for exploring, integrating, and evaluating emerging technologies to enable digital initiatives. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or related fields.
