Project Manager

Location : Layssen Valley, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Duration : immediate joining Role Overview : The Project Manager will lead the site supervision team, coordinate all stakeholders, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee the entire site supervision team. Coordinate daily with the client, consultants, and contractors. Monitor progress, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Manage schedules, budgets, and resolve on-site issues. Prepare and deliver regular progress and financial reports. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction supervision and project management for similar high-profile developments. Proven leadership and coordination skills. Strong communication and reporting abilities. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
