The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Retail – Prestige Brands, the Brand Manager will play a key role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives tailored to the Saudi market for Carolina Herrera Beauty.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring global brand strategies to life locally, working closely with the regional marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure brand success.

What you'll get to do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the global and regional marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute on-ground activations and other customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of activations and campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, track ROI, and report on budget performance.
• Drive forecasting process (CPS).
• Serve as the main point of contact for the brand, managing the flow of information with the Middle East regional Marketing Team.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing team to align marketing and local market knowledge with brand strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (commercial and retail) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
• Leverage CRM tools to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for targeted marketing and clienteling.
• Develop and implement customer engagement activities that drive brand awareness and enhance loyalty and retention.
