Vendor Manager - KSA

Key Responsibilities : Develop a governance framework for ongoing review and refinement of vendor delivery objectives and performance against service level agreements, analyzing results for problem resolution and corrective actions. Create processes and workflows to collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate vendor governance and delivery. Work with vendors and internal teams to implement and monitor Corrective Action Plans as needed. Manage conflicts constructively, both internally and externally with suppliers. Ensure adherence to scope management and change control processes; evaluate scope changes for feasibility and impact on commitments. Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and collaborate with leadership for resolution. Foster an environment of trust and collaboration; share best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement. Recommend adjustments to project delivery and related solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, articulating trade-offs and impacts for strategic decision-making and risk mitigation. Review and enhance processes to improve vendor operations and performance. Partner with vendors on technical and service roadmaps and advancements. Highlight strategic opportunities to senior management, including new opportunities or expansion with existing vendors. Implement and integrate new strategic vendors from an end-to-end perspective. Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders regarding vendor issues and disputes, including product and benefit administration. Prepare and present vendor compliance status to senior management, identifying potential risks. Establish a robust governance model for effective management of vendor delivery. Skills and Experience : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 4 years of vendor management experience. Knowledge of healthcare and / or insurance industry preferred. Experience in process design, measurement, and governance frameworks. Experience managing global supplier relationships. Proven success in delivering complex projects. Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Ability to remove barriers and enable team objectives. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to earn trust, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and operate effectively with limited information. Cultural competency, organizational, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
