Overview :
The HR Contracts Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all employment contracts and related documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role supervises the contract administration process, ensures timely renewals, manages employee records, and provides guidance on contract-related issues. The position also plays a key role in improving contract management processes and supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Draft, review, and finalize employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.Supervise the preparation and issuance of all employment agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.Ensure all contracts comply with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Maintain accurate and updated employee records and contract databases.Monitor probation periods, contract expirations, and renewals, ensuring timely action is taken.Coordinate with legal, payroll, and other relevant departments for contract-related matters.Provide advice and support to management and employees on contractual obligations and rights.Develop and implement procedures to streamline contract administration and ensure consistency.Supervise and guide HR staff handling contract preparation and documentation.Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, and related HR metrics for management.Support audits and inspections by providing accurate documentation and records.Requirements
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business Administration.Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management along with HR or Legal experience, preferably within the sports industry.Certifications : Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are preferred.Skills :
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.Ability to work with confidentiality and integrity.Why Join Al-Qadsiah?
