الوصف الوظيفيMedical Insurance - Ensures specialist care is available to you and eligible family members residing in country. Pre-existing medical conditions are covered. End of Service Gratuity - In line with KSA Labour Law, all employees are eligible for an End of Service benefit. Examination Leave - Upon company approval to enroll in an education institute or to continue within such institution, employees have the right to fully paid leave to sit for an examination of an unrepeated year. Leave duration is based on the days of actual examination and must be applied for no less than fifteen days prior exam Professional Memberships - One professional membership, registration, subscription, certification and / or license cost per annum for all active Wood employees. The membership must be relevant to the role you are currently employed in or be part of a development plan. Reimbursement should be claimed via the expenses procedure system, with supporting evidence. Experience and proven track record of contract review, drafting, and negotiation in a service company environment. In addition to an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, the individual should have work experience in the industry which would allow an understanding of and exposure to key contracting principles. Experience in leading and managing a team (if applicable). Expert knowledge of contract terms, contract principles, and drafting and rollout of contracting policies. Working knowledge of the Company Finance and HR systems. Awareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures. Excellent understanding of Client contract structures, principles, and policies. Contract experience should cover engineering and construction projects in at least one of the following : life sciences, mining, power, infrastructure, environmental and / or oil and gas industries, EPC, EPCm, standard contract model forms (including NEC, FIDIC, JCT, LOGIC or regional equivalents). Relevant Experience : Minimum 6-10+ years. Supervisory Experience : 2-6 years

Ma’aden is executing a strategic project to develop a new gold mine and processing facility in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and Ma’aden’s 2040 Strategic Objectives. Located in Ar Rjum, KSA.
Responsibilities
- Review of the EPCM Contractor’s procurement plans, material requisitions, and procurement schedules.
- Coordinate technical evaluation of vendor proposals, bid tabulations (TBEs), and vendor selection Processes and Commercial Evaluations (CBE).
- Review and validation of purchase orders (POs), vendor documentation, logistics plans, and quality assurance measures.
- Coordinate and participate in FATs, vendor inspections, and expediting activities.
- Support in managing long-lead items, equipment tracking, and resolving vendor related issues.
- Coordination with engineering teams to ensure complete, timely integration of vendor data into project deliverables.
