Compliance and Contract Specialist

Wood is currently seeking a Compliance and Contract Specialist to support our Projects business in Al Khobar. This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of both hard and soft facilities services at a single site within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee service providers, and ensure operational excellence across all facility-related functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leave duration is based on the days of actual examination and must be applied for no less than fifteen days prior exam
• Professional Memberships - One professional membership, registration, subscription, certification and / or license cost per annum for all active Wood employees. The membership must be relevant to the role you are currently employed in or be part of a development plan. Reimbursement should be claimed via the expenses procedure system, with supporting evidence.
