Jameson Legal is working with a global entity in Saudi Arabia that specialises in the energy sector. The company’s in-house law organisation seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to specialise within their Upstream department on Gas matters.

For the successful individual, this is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally renowned corporate entity to handle market-leading transactions. The company already has a significant in-house legal organisation that is experiencing dramatic growth.

In a newly formed team, the head of department is looking for a senior Lawyer, with ten years of expertise in transactional gas matters. You will have experience handling corporate, M&A, Projects, and LNG matters. You will be expected to build relationships with external stakeholders and clients, so a willingness to be proactive and enjoy developing relationships is pivotal.

Experience in the region is not necessary, although international experience gained in distinguished private practice or corporate entities is important.
