About the Role : A prestigious Saudi construction and engineering company is seeking a mid-level PPP Legal Counsel. The role focuses on providing legal support for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including contract negotiation, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate PPP agreements, joint venture contracts, and project documentation.

Provide legal advice on regulatory, contractual, and compliance aspects of PPP projects.

Support risk management and dispute resolution related to PPP initiatives.

Collaborate with internal project teams and external stakeholders.

Provide proactive legal guidance to facilitate successful project execution.

Requirements :

Law degree with relevant experience in PPP projects.

4–7+ years’ experience in PPP legal work, preferably in the Middle East.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple projects and provide independent legal guidance.
