Sales Associate – Montblanc – Riyadh
Overview
As an Ambassador of Montblanc, the jobholder will be based in a boutique in Riyadh and will be responsible for selling brand merchandise within specified standards and enhancing the brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake direct sales with clients of the brand.
- Ensure that all sales are processed in accordance with required procedures using the systems provided.
- Ensure that all merchandise in the boutique is displayed within brand requirements.
- Assist with monthly stock takes and tagging of merchandise.
- Ensure merchandise is controlled at all times and shrinkage does not occur.
- Assist clients with returns and queries, ensuring brand image is enhanced and client expectations are met.
- Ensure that all cash, receipts, invoices and documentation are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Build client database by acquiring new customers as well as enhancing relationships with current clients.
