Role Description We are looking for a professional and motivated Sales Associate to join our boutique team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service while achieving strong sales results in luxury jewelry. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage clients, ensuring a refined and professional shopping experience Present and explain jewelry collections with strong product knowledge Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets Support with merchandising, inventory, and visual displays Represent the brand with elegance, discretion, and professionalism Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in fashion or luxury retail) Strong passion for jewelry, art, and design Background or studies in art, design, or marketing is preferred Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a refined environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed What We Offer Base salary plus commission Training and development in luxury sales Opportunities to grow within a prestigious jewelry house A refined and elegant work environment
