Business Development Executive

Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key player in our organization's growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing client relationships and driving revenue growth in the region. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Riyadh market and surrounding areas Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the local business landscape Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry developments in the Riyadh market Qualifications

3-4 years of proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Riyadh business environment Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable) Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective sales strategies Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region Knowledge of local business culture and practices in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia Familiarity with the materials testing, engineering, or scientific industries (advantageous)
