Job Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented

Senior Project Manager & Client Relations Coordinator

to join our team. Responsible to oversee project execution and maintain strong client relationships across the SW. The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of the construction and engineering projects and can immediately take on smaller projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also include liaising with other clients in Jeddah and neighboring cities.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage multiple smaller projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project goals and execution.

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Conduct site visits across some of the SW Projects for client engagement.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and client feedback summaries.

Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric service.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management and client relations, preferably in the Saudi market.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Willingness to travel frequently across the Southwestern Region and Riyadh.

Travel Requirement : May require frequent travel across the SW region and Riyadh.
