Job Brief :

The Section Manager supports the planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects, with a focus on technical analysis, engineering design, and spatial planning. The role includes preparing and modifying master plans, land use programs, and development models in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and NHC initiatives.

• Provide technical and planning support for real estate development projects.
• Prepare and modify master plans and land use programs.

• Evaluate land use and real estate opportunities and study the market.
• Support decision-making through technical analysis and market understanding.
