We are looking for an experienced

Investment Manager – Real Estate

to lead investment structuring, feasibility oversight, and execution of large-scale development projects across Saudi Arabia and the region. The role is

based in Riyadh

but involves

frequent travel

to development sites and stakeholder locations. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with on-ground project sensibility and institutional-quality execution. Key Responsibilities

Lead investment advisory mandates across

hospitality, residential, commercial, logistics, and specialized real estate sectors . Oversee

feasibility studies ,

investment models , and

bankable structuring

across various development stages. Structure capital stacks involving

debt, equity, and blended finance , tailored for institutional partners. Drive

end-to-end transaction execution : due diligence, documentation, valuation, and internal approvals. Serve as a key point of contact for

developers, capital partners, consultants , and regulatory stakeholders. Implement

standardized investment processes , governance frameworks, and performance tracking tools. Frequently travel to project sites and partner locations for alignment, monitoring, and decision-making. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Finance, Real Estate, Economics , or a related field; CFA or graduate degree is preferred. 6–10 years of experience

in real estate investment, development advisory, or capital structuring. Proven experience delivering

institutional-grade real estate transactions

across multiple asset types. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Able and willing to travel frequently across KSA and the region. Core Competencies
