Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities and equipment, leading a team of technicians, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Manage maintenance budgets, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance supplies and repairs.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
